Hi, I’m Scott – an entrepreneur, investor, and lifelong tech enthusiast.

I co-founded Kiddicare.com with my family, which became one of the UK’s leading e-commerce success stories and was later acquired by Morrisons. Several years later, I founded Elevaate.com, a retail monetisation platform that was also acquired. The combined value of both exits exceeded $150 million.

Over the past decade, I’ve focused on building Haatch – a brand I’m incredibly proud of. Through Haatch Angel and Haatch Ventures LLP, I back and mentor exceptional founders as a General Partner, helping turn bold ideas into scalable, impactful and disruptive businesses.

To date, I’ve made 350+ investments across more than 130 companies, which have created over 2,500 highly skilled engineering jobs across the UK. I’ve been honoured with 50+ industry awards, including ranked 6th on the Retail Week Power List for four consecutive years.

In 2022, I was proud to be awarded an OBE for Services to Technology and Retail E-commerce Entrepreneurship – a deeply meaningful recognition of the work I’ve poured my heart into over the past three decades.

This year marks my fourth decade in business—a journey that began when I launched my first tech company at 18 in 1990. I’m also a proud Patron of the Prince’s Trust and one of the first alumni members to return and give back to the charity through its Patron programme.
